  Three weeks ago, my daughters car was broken into, purse stolen, within 15 minutes TDBank was notified that the purse with ID and Debit card were stolen. A week goes past, bank calls and asks if she was in the bank on the weekend. Someone went thru the drive thru and withdrew $4,000.00 dollars, then they had some stolen checks that they cashed for another $3,000 dollars. The bank is saying it could be 60-90 days to investigate. They were notified immediately when the items were stolen and nobody noted her account. If your id or card is stolen, close your account immediately and move to another bank...TDBank will not prevent your account to be drained and then you will not have access to your money for up to 90 days.

  By far one of the worst banks. Very inconvenient for a place that's supposed to be americas most convenient. Staff are lazy and leave customers waiting for over a hour. Very poor service and hate this bank
